Orders: I haven’t received a confirmation email. Was my order processed?

If your payment went through, your order was successfully processed, even if you didn’t get a confirmation email.

First, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered your email address correctly.

Still can’t find it? Reach out to us at relations@youthsinbalaclava.com and we’ll sort it out.

Can I change the items in my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can still make changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Order Cancellations

Ready-to-Ship Orders

If your ready-to-ship order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation. Approved cancellations will be refunded minus applicable transaction and payment processing fees.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Pre-Orders

As pre-order items are produced or secured specifically for each order, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

退货和换货

How can I make a return or exchange?

Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps by email.

What is the cost of a return or exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, size selection, or general dissatisfaction, return and exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the return or exchange is due to a product fault, please contact us within the same day of receiving your order at relations@youthsinbalaclava.com. Our customer service team will review the issue and, where appropriate, propose a suitable resolution.

In the event that our appointed courier does not provide return services from your country, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the order value. This store credit will be valid for future purchases and serves as the final resolution for such cases.
