Measuring Tips
Check calibration first: The calibration bar must measure exactly 30mm - try 100% or 200% scale as needed
- Best time to measure: End of the day when fingers are at their largest
- Temperature matters: Cold fingers are smaller, warm fingers are larger
- Between sizes? Go with the larger size for comfort

Measurement tips
