Orders: I haven’t received a confirmation email. Was my order processed?
If your payment went through, your order was successfully processed, even if you didn’t get a confirmation email.
First, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered your email address correctly.
Still can’t find it? Reach out to us at relations@youthsinbalaclava.com and we’ll sort it out.
Can I change the items in my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can still make changes.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it and get a full refund.
Once it’s been shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can request a return instead.

Returns & Exchanges: In which case can I make a return or exchange?
All sales are final.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The customer has received the wrong items from the order (Item must be unworn, unopened, and in brand new condition.)
- Item is unintentionally damaged or defective.
- Discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please carefully review and verify the accuracy of the address you provide during the ordering process.
We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery caused by address errors on your part.
Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted when the product has been used or worn.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

How can I make a return or exchange?

Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps by email.
What is the cost of a return or exchange?
If the reason for the return or exchange is because you are not satisfied with the products or you want to change the size, you will have to pay the return or exchange shipping costs.
If the reason for the return or exchange is due to a fault in the product, you must contact us the same day of receipt of the package to the following email: relations@youthsinbalaclava.com, our customer service team will evaluate your case and offer you a solution if appropriate.
Shipping: How does shipping work for local, international, and pre-order items?
For both local and international orders, please allow 2 business days for order processing and verification,
If your order includes pre-order items, please note that all items will be shipped together in one package once the pre-order items are in stock. We appreciate your support and patience as we prepare your complete order.
International orders applicable for fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For all orders, when your item has been shipped tracking numbers and confirmation will be issued via email.
What should I do if my package is lost or missing?
Youths In Balaclava will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities.
Youths In Balaclava will not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. However, if a mistake was done on our part, exchanges for your correct order will be done.
Payments: Will I be charged in my local currency?
All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card. What payment methods do you accept?
If you are shopping from overseas, you can complete your purchase using Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, or opt for any of our alternative payment methods.
For customers residing in Singapore, you may pay using PAYNOW, GrabPay, or Atome BNPL.
