- Liability: Youths In Balaclava is not responsible for postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, or handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where a recipient rejects a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and delivery cannot be completed.
