It’s not an official Casio/G-Shock collaboration, so the original manufacturer’s warranty does not apply. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely pleased with your purchase from Youths in Balaclava (YIB), we welcome returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that, out of respect for hygiene standards, all earring purchases are final sale and cannot be returned. Items purchased during sale periods or as part of a promotional offer are likewise non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return shipping costs and the safe delivery of items back to YIB remain the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and assessed against our return policy, all eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been issued from our end. Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank statement, as processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
