Shipping
For international orders, please allow 2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5 - 14 business days for shipping and delivery depending on the type of shipping you have chosen at checkout.
Standard shipping: shipping will take from 7-14 working days from Singapore.
Express shipping: shipping will take from 3-7 working days from Singapore
For Singapore orders, orders will be processed and shipped within 7 working days.
International orders applicable for fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
For international orders, when your item has been shipped tracking numbers and confirmation will be issued via email.
Youths In Balaclava uses Singapore Post to deliver our orders, both locally and internationally.

Lost / Missing Packages
Youths In Balaclava will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities.
Youths In Balaclava will not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. However, if a mistake was done on our part, exchanges for your correct order will be done.
